| 4 Star, Double Silver Award Winning Fairways is ideally situated on the flat and is close to the sea front. There is easy access to facilities such as the Riviera Centre, Princess Theatre, Torquays Shopping Centre, the Harbour and the quaint, thatched village of Cockington. There is ample, free, car parking on site for all our guests and wireless internet access, is also free. We are open all year, including Christmas, for long or short breaks, weekly or mid-weekly bookings. We welcome couples, singles and those away from home on business. Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival, but if you plan to arrive before then let us know and we will do our best to make sure your room is ready. If you are travelling by train or coach we can collect you from the relative station if you let us know your planned arrival time in Torquay. In October 2008 we received the 4 Star Silver Award by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests and is the second consecutive year we have achieved this Standard. Access: From the flat car park there are two steps up into the entrance conservatory. We have two ground floor bedrooms (the Four Poster and a Family Room, which can be booked as a double), a double and a twin room are up a flight of 13 steps and 2 double bedrooms and a family bedroom are up a further flight of 3 steps. The dining room is a step down from the hallway. |
